We have eaten in Sparks Restaurant a few times already but only when there was a special occasion.
Sparks Restaurant has been awarded with 14 Gault Millau points and I would say that it really has a good swiss kitchen. We normally had a 4-course menu and it was always enough.
The staff in Sparks were friendly and accommodating just like in Annex Restaurant. There were at least 2-3 persons attending to us.
I would like to mention here as I forgot to mention it when I wrote something about Gourmet Annex Restaurant that when we were in Annex there were at least 3-4 persons taking care of us.
We would probably go back to this restaurant because it was cozy, quiet and the food was really good.
Every time we went there, there was always someone playing a harp. It was really lovely.
